The Meaning of All Existence
is not to be found in the flowing of a brook
nor in the blooming of a tree in spring,
nor yet in the photogenic moment the sun
descends beneath the honey-colored horizon.
The Meaning of All Existence
Is absent from the rhythms of animal life.
Nature does not speak English.
