First of all. Ashe Ketchem from Pallet Town is My Hero and Only COOL people know who he is. Only Uncool people do not know about pokemon. which pokemon is pretty much the shizz.

White Stripes don't do much for me.
One glaring omission: The Who. You gotta get some. "I woke up in a SoHo doorway, a policeman knew my name!"
I also recommend Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, anything from Ennio Morricone, and while you are on iTunes, get some Headfridge and Betafish, who are frineds of mine. Both are great.
